Palestinians warn will freeze US ties if PLO office closed

Occupied Jerusalem: The Palestinians will freeze their ties with the US if it follows through on a threat to close the Palestine Liberation Organisation's office in Washington, a senior PLO official warned on Saturday.

The organisation's Secretary General Saeb Erekat said in a video on Twitter that it had officially informed the US that if it indeed shuttered the office, "we would put on hold all our communications with this American administration."
