Israeli military jeep runs over Palestinian toddler

Ramallah: An Israeli military jeep ran over the two-year-old nephew of a Palestinian who they say attacked Israeli colonists.

The victim, Adel Khader Adel Shaheen was playing in front of his home in the village of Beir Nibal near Ramallah when the jeep ran over the child.

Adel is the nephew of Sulaiman Shaheen who rammed his car into a group of Israeli soldiers on November 8, injuring three.

The child is currently in critical condition and being treated for a serious head injury.

Sulaiman’s infant daughter was the original target for the crime, according to sources speaking to Gulf News. “They raided his home looking for the baby,” they said.
