Saudi woman gifts residential building to husband’s second wife

Dubai: A Saudi woman has gifted her husband’s second wife a residential building in Tabuk in the northwestern region of the Kingdom to encourage and convince him to make his second marriage public and that she was not upset with him, local media reported.

When the first wife came to know that her husband remarried six months ago secretly, she decided to visit him in Tabuk where he lived with his second wife. Before meeting him, she called him and told him she knew about his second marriage and wanted to give him a pleasant surprise for his second wife on the condition that he announces his marriage.

The husband accepted after she convinced him that she does not mind his marriage. The first wife then surprised the second one by gifting her a residential building, prompting the husband to announce his second marriage.
