Dubai: The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance began on Sunday the distribution of copies of the Holy Quran as a gift from King Salman bin Abdulaziz, to Hajj pilgrims.

A total of 2,521,380 copies of the Holy Quran are being distributed. Printed by the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Medina, the editions come in various sizes and include translations of the meanings in multiple international languages to ensure that this noble gift reaches pilgrims of all nationalities.

 The initiative reflects the Kingdom’s deep commitment to serving Islam and its sacred texts, and to honouring pilgrims with a meaningful and spiritual farewell gift.

It also underscores the care extended to pilgrims from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom until their departure, embodying Saudi Arabia’s longstanding mission to serve the guests of Allah with devotion and excellence.
