Saudi Arabia adds instant booking and waitlist options for Al Rawdah Al Sharifa via Nusuk app
Nusuk also allows users to book Umrah packages and visit programmes electronically
Dubai: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the addition of two new booking methods for Al Rawdah Al Sharifa at the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, accessible via the Nusuk app, in an effort to enhance the experience of pilgrims.
The first method, an instant booking feature, allows multiple visits to Al Rawdah Al Sharifa throughout the year, subject to the Prophet's Mosque's capacity limits.
The second option is a waitlist system, enabling visitors to register when bookings are unavailable and receive notifications once a slot opens, allowing them to confirm their reservation.
The Nusuk app, managed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, facilitates permits for entry to the Two Holy Mosques for Umrah, prayers, and visits. The platform adheres to capacity regulations set by authorities, ensuring a safe and organized experience for pilgrims while maintaining health and organizational precautionary measures.
Integration with the Tawakkalna app enables health status verification for permit applicants. Additionally, the Nusuk app supports scheduling for Umrah and visits to the Prophet’s Mosque and simplifies visa applications for international pilgrims, offering accessible electronic procedures 24/7.
Available on both the App Store and Google Play, the Nusuk platform also allows users to book Umrah packages and visit programs electronically, providing a seamless experience for pilgrims.
