Eight expat men and four women arrested over heated brawl in Saudi Arabia

Dubai: Saudi security authorities have arrested 10 expatriates, including eight men and two women, who were involved in a heated brawl in Al Baha region, Okaz Arabic daily newspaper reported on Wednesday.

The suspects, all Arabs, sustained minor to moderate injuries in a fight that erupted between them due to previous disputes, said Brigadier Saad Al Trad, the media spokesperson for Al Baha Police.

Al Baha Police received a report about the fight and rushed to the scene immediately.

The accused, who are in their 20s-60s, were arrested and transferred to the Public Prosecution for legal action. They are now in custody pending further investigation and trial, Brig Al Terad said.
