COVID-19: Saudi Arabia reports 1,877 new cases, 22 deaths

This brings total number of coronavirus infections in the country to 87,142

Dubai: Saudi Arabia reported 1,881 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 87,142, the Ministry of Health announced on Monday (June 1).

Meanwhile, the ministry reported 1,864 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 64,306.

The ministry also confirmed 22 deaths, its highest single-day spike in Covid-19 deaths, taking the toll to 525.
