Jeddah: An Arab Coalition forces aircraft crashed due to a technical malfunction when it was returning from a training mission.

The pilots survived the crash.

The announcement was made by Colonel Turki Al Maliki, the official spokesman of the Coalition.

Al Maliki said that the crash occurred at 4.41am on Thursday.

“A Tornedo fighter of the Coalition that is affiliated to the Saudi Royal Air Forces experienced a technical malfunction as it was returning from a training mission, resulting in its crash in Assir Region.”
