Dubai: Qatar has reported 517 new coronavirus cases, shooting up the total number of COVID-19 infections in the country to 104,533.
According to the latest coronavirus update on Tuesday, the Ministry of Public Health announced that one people has died from the virus, bringing the death toll to 150.
A total of 533 virus-infected people have fully recovered during the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recovered cases to 101,160.
The new cases were detected after 4,322 people were tested for coronavirus, raising to 420,649 the total number of people who underwent PCR tests since the outbreak of the contagion.
There are 3,223 active cases, including 603 critical and 137 seriously ill patients currently under intensive care.
