Muscat: Oman Post, together with the Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, released a stamp in commemoration of 40 years of Oman-China ties yesterday titled “40 years of Omani-Chinese diplomatic relations”. The stamp was released in a ceremony that was attended by Mohammed bin Nasser Al Wahaibi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Ali bin Khalfan Al Jabri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information for Information, Li Lingping, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China and Abdul Malik Al Baluchi CEO of Oman Post.

The black and white stamp with a spot of red is depictive of the close relations between the Sultanate and China. This stamp part of a commemorative series is available in the category of 200 baisa.
