Belarus president confirms plan to change constitution: Kremlin

Moscow:  Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, during talks with counterpart Vladimir Putin in Russia, confirmed Monday he plans to change the constitution, the Kremlin said.

"Lukashenko confirmed his intention to make changes to the constitution," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov after talks in the Black Sea resort of Sochi that lasted around four hours.
