Susan punches party-mate

Actress Susan Roces, wife of opposition candidate Fernando Poe Jr., allegedly gave one of his party-mates in central Visayas a lesson in what it is to be the spouse of an action king.

Roces, known by the public for years as being modest and kind to fans, reportedly punched a vice-mayoral candidate in Roxas City in central Visayas, while the opposition ticket was having a motorcade campaign in that province.

The cable news channel ANC 21 reported the incident and said Roces punched Allan Celino, candidate for vice mayor of Capiz, under Poe's ticket – the Coalition of Nationally United Filipinos (KNP), in the chest.

In that interview, Celino said he and Roces had a "misunderstanding and she tried to box me."
