Ultra Lotto: $4 million jackpot

On April 7, PCSO announced that a lone bettor from Tarlac province became a multimillionaire after winning the ₱223-million (about $4 million) Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot on Sunday night's draw.

In a statement on Monday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the winner placed his bet at Maliwalo, Tarlac City.

As per existing tax regulations, the jackpot will be subject to a 20% deduction.

To claim the prize, the winner must present the original winning ticket along with two valid government-issued IDs for verification within one year after the winning number was announced.
