Lisa Samson, S of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has made waves as the youngest registered female yoga teacher to conduct yoga classes. Since earning her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification from Yoga Alliance in July 2024, Lisa has been recognised over 200 times for her dedication and contribution to yoga.
Her passion and commitment have inspired many in her community and beyond. Lisa continues to promote wellness and mindfulness through her teaching, making a significant impact in the world of yoga at such a young age. She is a rising star in India’s growing yoga community.
