UAE weekend weather: Cloudy conditions with light rain expected

Dubai: This evening, the weather across the UAE is mostly cloudy. The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has indicated a chance of rain on Sunday, with additional precipitation expected in the northern and eastern regions extending through Tuesday.

Currently, the weather nationwide is partly cloudy, with temperatures ranging from 23°C to 27°C this evening. The highest temperature recorded today was 35.3°C in Sweihan (Al Ain) at 14:45 UAE local time.

On Saturday, February 22, 2025, expect fair to partly cloudy weather. It will be humid by night and Sunday morning, with a possibility of mist forming over some internal areas. Winds will be light to moderate, coming from the northeast to southeast, at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, reaching up to 30 km/h. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

On Sunday, February 23, 2025, the weather will remain fair to partly cloudy, becoming cloudier at times by night and on Monday morning, with a likelihood of light rainfall in some northern areas. It will again be humid by night and Monday morning, with a potential for fog or mist in certain internal regions.

Winds will shift from light to moderate southeasterly to northwesterly by night, occasionally freshening during the day and causing blowing dust, at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, reaching up to 35 km/h.

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
