Dubai: Residents in parts of the UAE are advised to be cautious as red and yellow fog alerts were issued this morning.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), red and yellow fog alerts were issued over Madinat Zayed and Bada Dafas in Al Dhafra region.

Yellow fog alert was also issued over other parts of Al Dhafra region.

The NCM forecast states cloudy skies are to be expected eastward of the country, with a probability of mist formation over some coastal areas on Monday, July 14, morning due to the levels of humidity tonight and tomorrow morning.

Temperature highs today are expected to be between 38 and 44 degree Celsius, while temperature lows will be between 26 and 31 degree Celsius.

Light to moderate winds are also forecast for today with wind speeds expected to reach up to 35 km/hr.
