UAE weather update: High heat continues, 45°C to 48°C expected tomorrow

Dubai: This evening, the UAE will experience hot and sunny conditions across most emirates. Temperatures are expected to remain elevated, ranging from 38°C to 45°C in inland areas like Dubai and Abu Dhabi, while coastal regions may be slightly cooler, with temperatures around 35°C to 38°C. Clear skies are anticipated, accompanied by light to moderate winds from the northwest at 10-15 km/h. Humidity levels will be moderate, ranging from 40% to 55%.

Tonight, overnight temperatures will drop to a more comfortable range of 28°C to 32°C across the emirates. Skies will remain mostly clear, with gentle breezes continuing from the northwest.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 28, morning temperatures are expected to start around 30°C to 33°C before rising rapidly. Afternoon highs are forecast to reach 40°C to 44°C in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Interior regions like Al Ain may see slightly higher temperatures, ranging from 42°C to 45°C. Coastal areas, including parts of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, may experience highs of 38°C to 41°C.

Winds will shift to light easterly breezes at 8-12 km/h during the day. No precipitation is expected, and humidity will remain relatively low, ranging from 35% to 50% during the day, rising to 60% to 70% near the coast in the evening.

The weather pattern is expected to remain stable, with continued hot and dry conditions anticipated throughout the rest of the week. Residents are advised to stay hydrated and limit outdoor activities during peak afternoon hours.
