Dubai: Clear to cloudy skies were reported today across the UAE, with a slight decrease in temperature. The Met Office forecasts fog or mist formation over some internal areas on Thursday morning, with a probability of light rainfall.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), humidity is expected to rise at night.

The highest temperature recorded today was 27.9 degree Celsius in Kalba, Sharjah. The lowest temperature recorded was 4.9 degree Celsius in Jais Mountain, Ras Al Khaimah.

This week’s forecast:

Clear to partly cloudy skies are to be expected during the week, over some northern and eastern areas, with a chance of rainfall from Thursday, January 30 to Sunday, February 2.

According to the NCM, temperatures are expected to become humid by night, with a probability of mist or fog formation during the morning.

Light to moderate winds can also be expected over the week, with speeds reaching up to 40 km/hr.
