Dubai: The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued a yellow alert this morning over the Oman Sea as rough conditions were expected to continue until 4pm, today.

Temperature highs will be between 37 and 44 degree Celsius, today, while the lowest temperature recorded was 22.2 degree Celsius in Raknah, Al Ain.

However, residents can expect cloudy skies and a decrease in temperatures tomorrow, July 2.

According to the NCM, temperatures will be slightly lower tomorrow especially westward and over the coasts of UAE. Humid weather conditions will reportedly continue during the night, with a probability of fog or mist formation over some coastal and internal areas on Thursday, July 3, morning.

Light to moderate winds can also be expected tomorrow, with strong winds causing blowing dust and sand westward of the country.

The forecast also states the blowing dust will reduce horizontal visibility as wind speeds will reach up to 40 km/hr.
