UAE: Sheikh Sultan approves Dh61 million compensation for Khorfakkan wall project

Sharjah: His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on Monday approved an amount of Dh61 million to compensate those whose properties were affected by the ‘Khorfakkan Wall’ restoration and maintenance works project. He also approved new names for some suburbs and neighbourhoods in Khorfakkan, including the Al Awain Suburb.
