Dubai: Motorists using King Faisal Street for their daily commute should start expecting delays – it will be partially closed for 19 days.
The Roads and Transport Authority in Sharjah has announced that it will close a section of King Faisal Street from March 13-31, 2017, to carry out maintenance works.
The road leading from Al Arouba Street leading up to and from King Faisal Street, near the Central Souq in Al Soor area, has been closed for road works.
Motorists are advised to take alternative routes that have been diverted from Al Arouba Street towards King Abdul Aziz Street, and from Al Arouba Street that passes through the Central Souq.
