Two killed and seven injured in Ras Al Khaimah traffic accident

The incident took place while a vehicle was trying to overtake

Ras Al Khaimah: At least two people were killed and seven others were injured in a collision between two cars on Al Saadi Road in Ras Al Khaimah on Friday evening.

Police said that the driver of the first vehicle overtook the vehicle in front without making sure the road was clear and crashed into a car on the other side of the road.

The accident resulted in the death of two men, from Comoros and Tanzania respectively, while seven Emiratis sustained injuries ranging between serious and moderate.
