Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Social Affairs announced the establishment of ‘Saaed', a non-profit association that aims to reduce traffic accidents through awareness programmes.
Colonel Hussain Ahmad Al Harithi, Chairman of the Board of Directors for traffic systems, said Saaed had several objectives to accomplish. "We aim to raise awareness on the dangers of traffic accidents... We will organise seminars, workshops and conferences...," he said.
