Abu Dhabi: The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), a subsidiary of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has announced revised operating schedules for Customer Happiness Centres, public bus services, and driver and vehicle licensing centres across the emirate during the Eid Al Adha holidays, which will run from Thursday, June 5 to Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Customer Happiness Centres to close for Eid

All Customer Happiness Centres in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra will remain closed throughout the holiday period. Regular operations will resume on Monday, June 9, 2025.

Despite the closures, customers can continue to access ITC services through several digital platforms, including the official website https://admobility.gov.ae, the 'Darbi' mobile application, the 'TAMM' government services portal, or by contacting the Department of Municipalities and Transport’s Support Centre at 800850. The Taxi Service Call Centre at 600535353 will remain operational 24/7.

Public bus services to follow holiday schedule

Public bus services across the emirate will operate on the weekend and public holiday schedule during Eid. To accommodate increased demand, ITC will provide additional trips on regional and intercity routes.

The Abu Dhabi Link on-demand bus service will operate as usual from 6:00am to 11:00pm.

The Abu Dhabi Express bus service will be available from 6:00am until midnight.

Passengers are encouraged to consult the 'Darbi' mobile application, Google Maps, or visit admobility.gov.ae for detailed route information and bus schedules.

Driver and vehicle licensing services available at select centres

Select driver and vehicle licensing service centres will remain operational during the Eid holidays. See the schedule below:
