Dubai Metro services resume on Red Line after disruption

Dubai: Train services on the Red line of Dubai Metro are back to normal, after more than hour’s disruption.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) confirmed earlier on Monday that a technical glitch led to a disruption of the services between Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank station (Karama) and Buj Khalifa Station.

Services were affected on both directions of the metro line, but shuttle services were deployed in the sector.

As of 2:46pm, the RTA said that all train services were running normally and the technical issue has been sorted.
