Forty-one teachers of computer and IT programmes in East Coast schools have completed a three-month training course on web site designing applications, organised by the Fujairah Scientific Club.

Saif Mohammed Obeid Moali, Director of the Club, told Gulf News that 27 women teachers and 14 male teachers at government schools under the Fujairah Educational Zone and Sharjah Educational Office in the Eastern Region benefited from the course.

"It is one of the courses organised by the Club for teachers, students and government employees to improve their professionals skills in different fields of education, science and technology," said Moali.

He pointed out that the course started on February 2 and ended on April 30. The trainees attended five theoretical and practical classes every week after they were distributed into six groups.
