Sultan bin Al Sheikh Mejrin of the UAE Body Building Federation (BBF) was re-elected as chairman of the Arab Body Building Federation (ABBF) during the general assembly of the ABBF held in Dubai on Tuesday.
Sultan bin Al Sheikh Mejrin of the UAE Body Building Federation (BBF) was re-elected as chairman of the Arab Body Building Federation (ABBF) during the general assembly of the ABBF held in Dubai on Tuesday.
The General Assembly (GA) gave Bin Mejrin who was the ABBF chairman a vote of confidence to lead the ABBF for the next four years.
The GA gave Bin Mejrin an unanimous vote against Iraqi Ayman Sabaawi who was the only candidtae against Bin Mejrin.
Two of UAE BBF were elecetd by the GA, Humaid Al Anssari the UAE BBF general secretary was elecetd for the same post in the ABBF and Hussain Al Saffar elecetd ABBF financial manager.
Also four were elected to become deputy chairmen, they are: Walid Al Rasheed (Saudi Arabia), Mohammed Abdul Rahim Abdullah (Bahrain), Mohammed Al Qaissi (Lebanon), Adel Fahim (Egypt).
Four members were elecetd to the membership of the ABBF board of directors, they are, Nazih Abdul Rahim (Palestine), Mekki Hashim (Sudan), Sabri Abdul Salam (Tunisia), Mohammed Omrani (Morocco).
The ABBF GA also selected four honourary members, they are, Khalid Al Rahoumi (UAE), Abdul Aziz Musstafa (Saudi Arabia), Musstafa Heffzi and Musstafa Nouri (both from Egypt).
Maleeh Alwan of Lebanon was selected as honourary chairman for the ABBF and Qassim Yazbak of Syria as deputy honourary chairman.
