Sharjah TV lines up 46 Ramadan shows
Syrian drama Bab Al Hara will return this year for its seventh season
Sharjah: The Sharjah Media Corporation (SMC) has launched a package of programmes to be telecast on its radio and TV channels during Ramadan this year.
The package comprises 46 programmes that will be shown on Sharjah TV, Sharjah channel 2, Sharqiya TV from Kalba and Sharjah Radio.
The programmes cover a range of topics spanning religious, social, cultural and entertaining drama shows that highlight the spirit of Ramadan.
Shaikh Sultan Bin Ahmad Al Qasimi, chairman of SMC, said: “The selection was made by experienced professionals keeping in mind the public interest, culture and traditions.”
The Syrian drama Bab Al Hara will return this year for its seventh season while Gulf drama ‘Hala Manayer’ will be broadcast on Sharjah TV.
Spiritual programmes and contests are also lined up for Ramadan.
