Abu Dhabi: A media delegation, accompanying King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia on his official visit to the UAE, yesterday visited a number of media organisations in Abu Dhabi.
The delegation was headed by the President of the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, Abdullah Bin Fahd Al Hussain, accompanied by Mansour Al Mansouri, Acting Director-General of the National Media Council, and Mohammad Jalal Al Raisi, Executive Director of Emirates News Agency, WAM.
The delegation visited the Abu Dhabi TV channel, The National newspaper and Sky News Arabia TV channel, where they were briefed on studios and editorial sections.
The delegation expressed admiration of the UAE institutions’ media experiences, praising its central role in highlighting aspects of the comprehensive cultural renaissance witnessed by the country in various fields.
