GDRFA Dubai’s initiative spreads values of hospitality, festive cheer
Dubai: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has launched a special initiative to greet visitors arriving in the UAE for Eid al-Fitr 2025.
As part of the celebration, travellers passing through Dubai’s airports are receiving a unique #EidInDubai stamp on their passports.
The unique passport stamp has been designed by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office.
This festive stamp is created to reflect the UAE’s values of hospitality, and aims to enhance the visitor experience during the holiday season, according to the GDRFA.
A video posted on social media showed adults and children being welcomed with the special stamp on their passports and chocolates, spreading the joy and spirit of Eid and making their arrival experience more memorable for those celebrating in the city.
