Postal services guide issued in Braille

Abu Dhabi: The Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs handed over a postal services guide in Braille to the Emirates Post Group (EPG)for the benefit of the blind yesterday in the capital.

The guide contains information about the postal services offered by the EPG. It seeks to educate the blind on all postal services in the country.

“The move came to integrate people with disabilities into society and help them become active members. The Zayed Organisation is also collaborating with various institutions within the country to provide more publications and issue brochures in Braille for the blind,” Na’ema Al Mansouri, manager of the Printing Press Centre for the Blind and Visually Challenged, said.
