The collaboration is aimed at enriching the visitor experience and promoting happiness
Dubai: As part of the “Year of Community” initiatives, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has announced a strategic partnership with Global Village, the region’s premier multicultural destination for family entertainment, dining, shopping, and attractions.
This collaboration is aimed at enriching the visitor experience and promoting happiness, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading global tourism hub.
Under this initiative, Global Village provided complimentary entry tickets, which GDRFA Dubai distributed to travellers arriving through Dubai International Airport and the Hatta Border Crossing.
The gesture offered a warm welcome and a chance for visitors to experience the cultural diversity and entertainment Dubai has to offer.
Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai, said: "We are committed to launching impactful initiatives that leave a lasting, positive impression on every visitor’s journey. This reflects our dedication to enhancing Dubai’s institutional reputation and global standing. Our collaboration with Global Village reflects our belief in creating meaningful experiences and fostering a sense of community, ultimately contributing to the happiness and well-being of all who arrive in our country."
This initiative aligns with GDRFA Dubai’s mission to promote community-centric programs, strengthen strategic partnerships, and innovate in ways that elevate both resident and visitor satisfaction — while upholding Dubai’s values of tolerance, diversity, and global leadership.
