"Our armed forces deployed on the Line of Control have been ordered to observe a complete ceasefire starting from the first day of Eid." In a nationally televised address, Jamali said Pakistan would look forward to a matching response by India.
India said it would react today to Pakistan's offer, a Foreign Ministry spokeman said in New Delhi.
