NCB signs deal with 01 Systems

The National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia (NCB) signed an agreement with the Bahrain-based 01 Systems WII software house to automate the bank's business processes, an NCB official announced.

The new project involves extending features of DocSafe, namely the advanced workflow process automation engine and "state-of-the-art" enterprise-wide document management across the corporate Intranet portal and global network, said Amgad Selim, National Commercial Bank senior IT manager.

"In this era of ever increasing competition, superior proactive customer service is essential to acquire and retain customers. With DocSafe-Ultimus solution we feel more confident," Amgad Selim said.
