Sharjah: One person was killed and another seriously injured in a car crash in Sharjah on Sunday, a Sharjah Police official told Gulf News on Sunday.
An Asian driver of a construction company was killed when the vehicle he was driving veered off the road and hit a lamppost, after hitting another vehicle.
Motorists in the other vehicle was seriously injured, the official said
The accident took place on Wasit Road between Sharjah and Ajman.
