Man falls to death in Sharjah
Police say circumstances that led to the incident are not known yet
Sharjah: A 23-year-old Pakistani man died after falling from the second floor of a building in Al Majaz area in Sharjah on Wednesday, police said.
A Sharjah Police official told Gulf News that circumstances that led to the incident were not known.
The incident happened around 1pm and emergency officials rushed to to the scene.
“Police and ambulances rushed to the area after receiving reports about the incident,” an officer said. The man plunged to his death from the second floor of the building.
As soon as the police were notified, a team from the Crime Investigation Department (CID) was dispatched to the building, The man was transferred to Al Kuwaiti Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The police have launched an investigation.
