Man falls to death from building

Sharjah: A 22-year-old man died after falling from the balcony of a high-rise apartment in Jamal Abdul Nasser Street, Sharjah, on Tuesday afternoon.

A Sharjah Police official told Gulf News that the Lebanese man died instantly.

“Police and ambulances rushed to the scene after the police operations room received a report about the incident at around 5pm,” officials said.

The body was moved to Al Kuwaiti Hospital. It is believed that the man may have committed suicide. Al Buhairah Police have launched an investigation.
