Man dies after crashing vehicle into camel

Ras Al Khaimah: A 20-year-old Emarati man was killed after his vehicle hit two stray camels in Ras Al Khaimah on Wednesday night, according to police.

Colonel Ali Elkum, Director of Traffic and Patrol department of Ras Al Khaimah police, said the man, identified as A.A., was driving on one of the internal roads possibly at a high rate of speed. The driver was killed on the spot due to the impact of the collision. The camels were also killed, Col. Elkum said.

The body of the deceased was delivered to his family for burial.
