Malayalam channel launched in UAE

Dubai: NTV, an Indian-based production house, has launched the first Malayalam TV channel in the UAE.

Humaid Rashid Sahoo, CEO of E-Vision, welcomed NTV to the E-Vision group of channels.

Suresh Gopi, an award-winning Malayali Indian actor who is known for his portrayal of characters in police dramas, expressed hope that NTV will serve the needs of Indian expatriates in the UAE.

Elias John and Leen B.Jesmas, Directors of the channel, were also present.

NTV will be available through E-Vision as channel number 144.
