India's Arvind Brands Ltd which already has a significant presence in the GCC markets with its reputed brand - Arrow, has tied up with the UAE-based Regal Group to launch the cool range of 'Bay Island Cottons' collection in GCC.

"A bright, cheery range of semi-formal shirts, Bay Island, will soon be the label of choice for ambitious young executives," said Darshan Mehta, president of Arvind Brands Ltd. The Bay Island Cottons come with a wider colour palette carefully chosen on the basis of market trends, with a price tag ranging between Dh55-65.

Indian brands are in great demand in the region and hence the Arvind association with Regal Group will ensure easy availability of the Bay Island collection to Asian and non-Asian clientele through a large network of dealers across the region.
