Abu Dhabi: The UAE reported 1,305 new cases of COVID-19 and one death, the Ministry of Health and Prevention announced on Thursday.

This brings the total infections in the country to 163,967, and fatality tally to 564. The new cases were detected after 136,352 PCR tests were conducted across the emirates.

According to the ministry’s latest update, a further 826 people have fully recovered from the virus, bringing total number of recoveries to 151,870.
