Fun run in aid of Safe and Sound breast cancer awareness programme takes place in capital
Dedicated recruitments from The Original Fitness Company, which run the popular 'bootcamp' military exercise courses, took part in a fun run in aid of Safe and Sound breast cancer awareness programme.
More than 40 people donned special pink limited-edition bootcamp t-shirts and either ran, jogged or walked the 4km stretch.
The keen ones finished in good times but it was the parents with pushchairs and the runners with dogs who were the real heroes.
Participants made donations and all the money will be handed over to the charity later this week.
Comapny founder and head trainer Corey Oliver said: "People gave us lots of support and encouragment along the way which was great. It was fun and more importantly for a good cause."
