Arab Health Exhibition and Congress opens in Dubai

This year's event is expected to attract over 5,500 people

Dubai: The Middle East's largest healthcare event opened in Dubai on Monday morning.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, inaugurated the Arab Health Exhibition and Congress, which features more than 2,700 companies from 70 countries.

Simon Page, Group Director of the Life Sciences Division of organisers IIR Middle East, said: "The healthcare world has descended on the on the Arab Health Exhibition and Congress, which has again confirmed it is one of the world's most important healthcare exhibitions."

This year's event is expected to attract over 5,500 people.
