Dubai celebrated the launch of the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme on Saturday with a stunning display across its iconic landmarks.
The initiative, introduced by Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is designed to support family growth, stability, and wellbeing in Dubai.
The programme offers financial, social, and educational support to strengthen community values and promote work-life balance. It reflects Sheikha Hind's dedication to empowering Emirati families and fostering their stability and development.
To celebrate the announcement, Dubai's iconic landmarks were illuminated, showcasing the program's logo as part of the light display.
The Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and digital traffic signs displayed the logo in tribute to Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum.
Videos shared by the Government of Dubai Media Office highlighted the logo on these landmarks, as well as on information boards within Dubai's intelligent traffic systems.
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) also displayed the logo of the Thank You Sheikha Hind campaign across Dubai's main streets, honouring Sheikha Hind’s remarkable contributions.
Dubai Police expressed their deepest gratitude by hosting military parades and formations performed by cadets, paying tribute to Sheikha Hind’s significant role in their military journeys. On social media, Dubai Police wrote, “To the icon of generosity, whose humanitarian initiatives, remarkable contributions, and unwavering support continue to inspire, we express our deepest gratitude to Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum.”
The ‘Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme’ aims to support Emirati families through financial, social, and educational resources, promoting family stability, enhanced quality of life, and work-life balance.

The programme aligns with the Dubai Social Agenda 33's goal of doubling the number of Emirati families in Dubai by 2033.
