Umm Al Quwain: His Highness Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has ordered the release of a number of prisoners from punitive and reformative institutions in the emirate, and the deportation of non-citizen prisoners, on the occasion of the UAE’s 46th National Day.
The decision reflects Shaikh Saud’s interest in bringing happiness and hope to the pardoned prisoners and their families.
