UAE offers condolences to Egypt over bus accident victims

Nineteen people were killed and six others were injured in the accident on Saturday

Abu Dhabi: The UAE has expressed its sincere condolences and solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt over the victims of a passenger bus accident that occurred on Saturday.

Nineteen people were killed and six others were injured in that accident when a bus fell into a water canal in the Dakahlia Governorate, northern Egypt.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) expressed its sincere condolences to the Egyptian government and the Egyptian people, as well as to the families of the victims, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
