Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a decision granting Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director-General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, the title of “His Excellency” and has appointed him as a member of the Dubai Council.
