UAE Embassy in Montenegro offers 1,200kg of dates

Montenegro: The UAE Embassy in Podgorica, Montenegro, has distributed 1,200kg of dates to 354 families living in the Konik refugee camp.

The embassy’s move is in line with the Year of Giving vision, announced by UAE President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Dates were distributed during a visit made by Ebrahem Salem Al Alawi, Charge d’Affaires at the UAE Embassy in Montenegro, who was accompanied by a high-level delegation from the Montgri Red Cross to the camp.

At the end of the visit, people of the camp thanked the UAE and its people for their humanitarian and charitable assistance that reach out to those in need.
