Sharjah: His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued Emiri Decree No. 38 of 2018, establishing the Council of the Sharjah Police Sciences Academy (SPSA) under the chairmanship of Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, with six members.
The members’ term on the council shall be three years starting from the first meeting. The council shall continue to conduct its business at the termination of its term until a new council is formed. The council shall have a secretary who shall be appointed by a decision of the council’s chairman.
The decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. Any provision contrary to the articles of this decree shall be repealed.
