Abu Dhabi: The official 47th UAE National Day celebrations — named “This is Zayed. This is the UAE” — will take place at Zayed Sports City Stadium on December 2 with a promise of stunning performances, the organisers announced on Wednesday.
For one night, over 22,000 spectators will be part of this historic celebration, which will include a breathtaking show that will take spectators through an immersive experience of live performances and stunning digital art.
“This is Zayed. This is the UAE” will feature a variety of magnificent visual light effects, stimulating performances, inspirational readings and futuristic visual art. The celebrations, which coincides with the Year of Year of Zayed, will commemorate the progression of the UAE, founded 47 years through the vision and foresight of late Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. This experience is the culmination of a year-long expression of love and appreciation to the UAE founding father’s wisdom, respect and devotion to human development.
